What to expect
- A person reads every message. flowssis built by a small team, so replies come in our working hours rather than instantly — we would rather say that than quote a response time we cannot keep.
- Paid plans include priority support. That means this address, prioritised — not a second, better address that free users don't get told about.
- Bug reports get an answer even when the answer is “confirmed, it's on the list” — silence is not a triage state.
- We don't add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.
Pick the subject that fits
Every link below opens your mail client with a subject line attached. It is the whole of our routing, so using it genuinely gets you answered sooner.
Something is broken
Tell us the page, the engine, and what you expected instead. A pasted diagram source or an exported file makes it reproducible, which usually turns a week into an afternoon.
How do I…?
Happy to answer. The written answer is usually already there, and it is faster than we are.
Billing, plans and refunds
Upgrades, cadence changes, invoices and refunds. Refunds are handled case by case — say what happened and we'll sort it out.
Privacy and your data
Export, correction, deletion, or a question about what we hold. Account deletion is not yet self-serve, so this mailbox is the route — we erase the profile, workspace, API keys, saved AI key and billing references within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
Security
If you have found something that puts user data at risk, write first and publish later. Include the steps to reproduce it; we will acknowledge that we've read it and tell you what we're doing about it.
Teams, education and everything else
Seats, invoicing, a classroom, a pilot, a partnership, or a post you want to write with us. Same address.
Things that don't need us
Two surfaces answer faster than a person can, and both are public:
- The docs— quick start, every engine, exports, AI, and the keyboard shortcuts.
- Status— every engine, surface and template counted from the code as it is deployed right now, so you can check whether the thing you need actually shipped.
