Terms of Service
Last updated July 28, 2026
1. Agreement
By using Glyph at king-uml.vercel.appyou agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
2. The service
Glyph is a diagram studio. It lets you author diagrams as text or via AI assistance and export them as images, PDFs, or shareable links. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you create with Glyph. We don't train models on your diagrams. We process your input only to render diagrams, generate previews, and (when you ask) call AI providers to assist you.
If you use BYOK (bring your own API key), the provider call is made by our server, so your key passes through our server on every AI request. By default the key is stored only in your browser and held in memory for the duration of a single request; if you opt into “save key to my account” it is encrypted and stored in our database until you delete it. The Privacy Policy describes both modes in detail.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Glyph to break the law, infringe copyright, attempt to de-anonymise other users, run automated scrapers against the service, or render content depicting CSAM. Don't use Glyph to generate content designed to deceive (e.g. fake scientific figures, forged documents). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Payments
Paid tiers are billed through Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — reach out to
SET_SUPPORT_EMAIL (this deployment has no contact address configured — its operator must set the SUPPORT_EMAIL environment variable).6. AI output
AI features can make mistakes. Always check generated diagrams before using them in research, regulatory, or commercial contexts. Glyph is not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continuing service would expose us to legal risk. We will give reasonable notice unless immediate action is required.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glyph's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
This clause is not finished. The operator of this deployment has not named a governing jurisdiction, so no choice of law or forum is asserted here. Treat this section as absent, not as agreed. Until it is set, disputes are governed by whatever law would apply by default in your and the operator's circumstances.
Operator: set the
LEGAL_JURISDICTION environment variable (placeholder token: SET_LEGAL_JURISDICTION) and have this clause reviewed by a lawyer in that jurisdiction.10. Contact
