SVGBob (ASCII)
Compatible with svgbob
ASCII art → crisp SVG. Type boxes with dashes and pipes, arrows with `->`, diagonals with `\` and `/` — svgbob promotes them to real shapes. Perfect for inline documentation, README diagrams, code-comment figures that print as nicely as they read in a terminal.
In the same space
Most users come to SVGBob (ASCII) from AsciiFlow or Monodraw. Glyph runs this engine in the browser — no install, shareable via URL, exportable to PNG / SVG / PDF / source.

Sample templates
All 9 →A linear ingest → transform → load pipeline drawn in pure ASCII — SVGBob promotes boxes, arrows and joins to crisp SVG.
Idle → Loading → Ready loop, with an error branch. Reads as nicely in a code review as it does on a slide.
Internet → firewall → switch → three application servers. The kind of diagram you'd otherwise hand-draw in a PR description.
Schematic-style RC low-pass filter — the kind of figure that lives in EE lecture notes.
