SIPOC
The Six Sigma scoping diagram — Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers — as five aligned columns with the process steps as a spine across the middle. Optional `requirements:` rows attach CTQ criteria to inputs and outputs, so the chart that usually says what a process touches also says what 'good' means for each one. The first artefact of every DMAIC define phase.
